We are writing to inform you of an important change to our service model, which will take effect on September 2, 2025. After much thought and consideration, we have made the decision to transition to an appointment-only model to provide you with the best possible service.
However, walk-ins are always welcome if we can accommodate them.
This decision was not made lightly. For some time now, we have faced significant challenges in finding qualified barber employees to join our team. Despite our best efforts, the current labor market has made it increasingly difficult to staff our shop adequately to maintain our walk-in service model while ensuring the quality and timely service you deserve.
By moving to an appointment-only system, we aim to:
· Ensure consistent quality: Every customer will receive our full attention and the high-quality service you've come to expect.
· Reduce wait times: You'll no longer have to wait for an open chair, as your time slot will be reserved specifically for you.
· Provide a more personalized experience: Appointments allow us to better manage our schedule and dedicate more focused time to each client.
We understand that this change may require an adjustment for some of you, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible.
Starting September 2, 2025, all services will require a pre-booked appointment. Details on how to easily schedule your appointments will be shared well in advance of the effective date, including information on online booking options through our website.
The booking site will be available on August 1, 2025!!! for BOOKING!!
